The Central Powers are declared the victors of the war in the Treaty of Versailles of 1918, triumphing over the Entente Powers. With renewed strength, the Central Powers launches several great offensives in Spring 1919, collapsing both France and Italy into revolutions. Later that year, the British naval blockade is partially lifted after a British submarine mistakenly torpedoes an American freighter heading to Germany, allowing the Central Powers to regain their energy. the real world history during The First Weltkrieg in 1917, when the German Empire does not renew unrestricted submarine warfare, preventing the United States from joining the Entente. The Kaiserreich timeline departs from that of the OTL note "original timeline", i.e. Currently in 1.4 beta for Hearts of Iron II, 1.9 beta for Darkest Hour and 0.14 Beta for Hearts of Iron IV, Kaiserreich takes many of the same nations in a different direction, while introducing dozens of new countries, ministers and leaders. Kaiserreich: Legacy of the Weltkrieg is a Hearts of Iron II, Darkest Hour and Hearts of Iron IV Game Mod that is set in an alternate timeline where the Central Powers win World War I.
